Supplements: My Secrets Revealed

I meet people all the time, all over the world and from all walks of life. The question that I’m often asked is: How do you do it all? How do you manage to run a successful business, travel as much as you do, work out and everything in between. I would like to say it’s all simply a matter of balance, but the truth is I do have help. My real helpers (outside of my fabulous YogaFit family of course), is my supplement routine.

Below are the supplements I take on a daily basis. While theses supplements work wonders for me, they are simply my personal recommendations. Consult your doctor or naturopath before adding supplements to your diet.

Mornings:

I start my mornings with a glass of warm water with apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has an array of  health benefits such as lowering blood sugar levels and being a natural probiotic. Probiotics are extremely important for gut-health and immunity. At this time I also take a traditional probiotic capsule. After I supplement with a drink by Brain Gear for cognitive health. I follow this with a cup of organic coffee with almond milk.

Workouts:

I’ve been taking a pre-workout supplement called WRECKAGE PRE-WORKOUT by Muscle Pharm. This supplement is a formulation of  features proven sales such as L-Citrulline, Betal Alanine and Caffeine, and other as ground-breaking ingredients. After my workout I take collagen powder to help strengthen my tendons ligaments and improve my skin. Collagen is the glue that holds the body together. Unfortunately collagen production starts to slow down after 25.

Everything In Between

In between meals I drink water with plant based superfoods by blunova products. If, I’m sore I take the berry flavor. if I needed energy I take the Turmeric  flavor or sometimes I’ll just do the daily greens.

Nighttime

Night I take magnesium, which is know to decrease cardiovascular disease and lower stress. I also take zinc which helps to improve immunity. Fish Oil for heart health, along with 5HTP which can help with migraines and depression. I also take tryptophan and melatonin for sleep and relaxation.

I hope this gives you some insight. I would love to hear about supplements that work for you. Leave me a comment.
