It brings me to tears every time I visit this massive marble palace – a palace built of love, the  giant white marble shrine.

Visiting the Taj Mahal always makes me realize the power of love in all its many forms.

I awoke this morning to the sense of more love expanding into my heart and at the same time, a desire to push the fear that resides there – out.

It has been said that fear and love cannot exist in the same place.  The Taj was built in 1632 on a massive 42 acres complex to house the tomb of  Mughal emperor Shah Jahan’s  favorite wife.  At  a cost of $ 827 million and took tweny full years to complete.  What a gift - If only his was alive to see it. A good reminder to express our love often because when it’s over – it’s too late.

The energy of the Taj  is still and  mystic – almost otherworldly. Just like love.
