YogaFit’s mission is training people to be healthier both physically and mentally through yoga practice. YogaFit’s trainings and educational sessions can be found in corporations, fitness clubs, universities, wellness centers and military bases. Since COVID-19, we have converted our education online, offering our entire RYT 200 and 300 hour tracks virtually via zoom. Our virtual trainings follow the same information as our in-person trainings, and are taught live by our amazing group of trainers.
