I have been conspicuously absent from my blog for a while now. Not that I don’t have a lot to say, on many subjects. But I have been knee deep in writing my new book “ Healing Trauma with Yoga”
I like to consider myself a healthy person. That being said, last year I was “ sick “ for more than I’d like to admit. I went to urgent care once after I got back from John of God in Brazil, to the hospital twice during the summer due to a tick bite, and I had a pretty horrendous respiratory problem after I got back from Asia last fall.
It’s that time AGAIN! New Year’s Resolutions. This year, I encourage you to think beyond the “diet and exercise “and let’s make 2019 about the TOTALITY of YOU.

2018 seems to have flown by. Personally this past year has been one of great change and empowerment. I went back to school and stepped into a higher purpose with YogaFit. For many years, my focus has been on spiritual development.
