For over 20 years, Beth has committed to helping others achieve a transformation and mind-body health through YogaFit. As one of the most successful women entrepreneurs in the wellness, Yoga, and Fitness space, Beth has successfully run YogaFit and its related brands for the past two decades. Through the continuous development of YogaFit, Beth remains at the forefront of offering. Beth Shaw is a best-selling author, and her premier book, YogaFit (Human Kinetics), has sold over 100,000 units worldwide. YogaLean and The YogaFit Athlete, were published by Penguin Publishing. She is currently working on her fourth book for Yoga and Trauma. Beth is a go-to expert in the media and has been featured in numerous fitness, business, consumer publications, and television programs.

 

A frequent speaker at universities, conferences and Fortune 500 Corporations,

Beth educates others on Health and Mindfulness in the workplace, fitness, and conscious business. She sits on the CanFitPro Advisory Panel, The Humane Society and the Long Island University Board of Advisors. An E-YRT 500, Beth has spent time in India and Asia studying yoga and holds numerous certificates in fitness disciplines. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Nutrition, is a trained Yoga Therapist and an Anger Management Specialist. She is currently enrolled at Harvard University.
